A Chamber of Horrors Christmas

Christmas is coming the goose the goose was made morbidly obese through an intensive eating regime instilled by Chef Veale to see what the world's fattest goose would taste like. It tasted largely of goose fat, the majority of which has been left to go rancid as a base for the next 12 months meals at Chez Veale Evening Bistro - 'eat until you drop and then you could end up on the menu!'





Thanks to Deborah Cohen again for this wonderful addition to the menu - a Puff Fish found at Post Office Bay, Floreana, Galapagos Islands.
There's a fair chance this thing could be poisonous but you don't have to worry Chef Veale is highly trained in the art of making sure you enjoy your last meal so at least it'll taste nice.
