Bird News Tuesday 1st May

In Co.Antrim: 50 Fieldfare were on Slemish Mountain at 6am. They were probably grounded by the thick mist in the area at the time (Neal Warnock)

An adult Little Gull and c.1000 Swift were at Portmore Lough RSPB (D. Charles)

In Co. Fermanagh:
A Wheatear and 17 Fieldfare were at Castle Cauldwell

In Co. Down:
The Little Gull was still at the Quoile Pondage 

A first winter Meditetrean Gull was still at the RSPB Reserve in Belfast
